The Ted Lasso tour gives you an opportunity to step into the world of Ted who as an American college football coach was hired to be the coach of an English football team – AFC Richmond.
On this guided walking tour you will visit more than 12 actual filming locations and places featured in all two series including Keeley Jones & Roy Kent’s great first date, where Rebecca’s bad double date happened, Ted’s front door, and of course Ted’s local pub, ‘the Crown & Anchor’. You’ll even discover some as-yet-unknown Series 3 locations.
You will get behind-the-scenes information about the making of the show and learn about the history of the local area of Richmond. Get trivia about characters such as Roy Kent, Keeley, Nathan, and of course coach Ted. Discover how a show such as this is brought from page to screen and learn about some of its inspirations.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early at your meeting point. The meeting point is outside the main entrance/exit of Richmond Railway Station. We stand to the left of the station if exiting, near the WH Smith & Cards Galore lil'shops.
TRANSPORT (ALLOW EXTRA TIME!):
Richmond is served by the national rail trains, the green district line and orange Overground. Often there are engineering works at the weekend shutting down lines so please google & check 'TFL updates' to plan your route. The journey from central London is 37min, but allow a least an hour. The green district line is notoriously infamous for line closures and lateness - so be sure to add on at least 25 mins extra to whenever google maps tells you to leave your location. Allow extra time.
There is a lovely brownie cafe opposite the station if you are early - or If you are a pub person head to The Sun Inn 3min walk away (traditional old skool British rugby pub).
It is of course up to you, but i prefer it when guests don't wander off to find the pub when early, as it's always nice energy (and on occasion , emotional!) when everyone sees it together at the end!

15-10 min late:
Put 'OLI & BEN' (CAFE) Into GPS and pick up tour there our second location.
15 min late:
Put 'Brewers Lane' into GPS and meet at the Richmond Green/Daneli cafe end, not the shopping street end.
20 min late:
Put '4, Old Palace Terrace' into GPS & meet on the triangular patch of grass directly opposite it.
Over 40min late
Pick up the tour just over HALFWAY at 'Tapas Brisinda'/'Richmond Riverside'.
